How it works
- Create or sign in to your SUTCAY customer account before checkout.
- Your level is calculated from eligible lifetime net purchases associated with the same customer account.
- Refunded and cancelled orders are deducted from eligible spending.
- Enter the code assigned to your current level at checkout. Shopify verifies eligibility automatically.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Wholesale, private-label, and OEM orders use separate pricing and are not eligible for membership discounts or tier spending.
Annual Top 3 Appreciation Gift
At the end of each calendar year, the three eligible members with the highest net spending will receive an exclusive customized appreciation gift from SUTCAY. Refunded and cancelled orders are excluded. Recipient names and spending amounts will remain private.
Gift details are selected by SUTCAY. Gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for credit.
