Shipping policy

Order processing

Standard retail orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory public holidays in China.

Made-to-order and wholesale orders

Large wholesale orders, custom or private-label orders, and less-stocked products may require additional production time. We will confirm the estimated production schedule before production begins. Production is planned around normal working days so our team has appropriate rest time.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout for your destination. Transit time begins after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

International duties and taxes

Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@sutcay.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can assist with the carrier.
